Cancellation Before Shipment

For both pre-order and in-stock items, refunds will typically be issued in the form of a voucher redeemable on our website.
Refund to Original Payment Method:
If a refund to the original payment method is requested, approval will be determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Cancellation Fee:
A cancellation fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount for cancellations initiated by the customer. However, if the cancellation is due to an error or responsibility on our part, no fee will be charged.
Return Requests
Should you wish to request a return, please adhere to the following conditions and procedures:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting our customer support team. -
Product Condition:
The product must be in unused and original condition, including all original packaging and accessories. -
Shipping Costs and Fees:
Return shipping costs will generally be borne by the customer, and a 10% return processing fee will be applied. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, all costs, including shipping and processing fees, will be covered by JapanBoosterBoxShop.
Please note: Minor defects in packaging (e.g., small creases or indentations) are not considered defects affecting the value of the product, and such cases are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you request flawless packaging, please note this in the comment section when placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate this request and select items with no visible marks or damage.
Product Condition and Defects
Manufacturing Defects:
Minor defects, such as issues with the frame, printing lines, or small corner damage from the factory, are not considered damage and will not be eligible for return or refund. Products with such issues are still considered new.

JapanBoosterBoxShop is not responsible for packages that are incorrectly delivered due to address errors. Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate, and refrain from using P.O. boxes.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt, so please confirm the correct shipping address and do not specify P.O. boxes.
